Designed in association with Peter Ireland Architect some 20 years ago, seemingly floats above the dunes, suspended on a cantilevered structure to provide panoramic views of the pristine beach and the Pacific Ocean.

In a more recent collaboration with architects Design King Company and builders, Horizonbuilt, the owners reimagined the beach house’s interior to complement their lifestyle and aesthetic. The result is the epitome of modern coastal luxe – inspired by the natural hues and beauty of this windswept stretch of coastline.
