Installation was very easy. We wanted the product vertical stacked, with a shadow line visible between panels and visible fasteners to appear proud and loud and add to the aesthetic. We believe we achieved this goal.
We looked at many product and feel Viroc appears far superior aesthetically. Modinex was fantastic to deal with. We could see the product in the flesh, we could get samples, and the service was prompt and efficient.”

“The design brief for this property was very intricate, very specific, involved a lot of curves and layers involved to both the facade and the internal wall lining. We chose this particular product because of the face fixing requirement which was on the original plans, we found that that just was not going to work.

So the clip system basically saved time, money and allowed the finish on the product to be completely linear instead of having lines of screws running through it. Modinex provided us with basically start to finish service from the estimating to the logistics of using so much of the cedar in particular, plus custom clips.

We found it absolutely seamless, we worked together the whole way through until completion and the product speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend Modinex to anyone else looking to do a similar project or even something completely different.”
