Viroc Wall Panelling
Viroc is a cement bonded particle board that delivers the industrial look of concrete without the weight, cost or complexity. Combining pine wood particles with cement, it offers the workability of timber with the strength and durability of concrete. Suitable for interior and exterior applications, it achieves polished or raw concrete finishes across walls, façades and joinery. Each board displays natural colour variation, with subtle tonal shifts and surface texture that replicate the depth and character of real concrete, creating a more authentic architectural result.

Sustainability
Viroc is a composite panel consisting of a mixture of wood particles and Portland cement, which achieves the aesthetics of concrete. The production of Viroc panel complies with the specifications of EN 634 and EN 13986 standards and carries the CE Marking Certificate. Viroc is FSC and PEFC Certified.
The Viroc panel has a heterogeneous appearance with different shades randomly dispersed, resulting from the natural colours of the raw materials used and the chemical reactions.
During manufacture of Viroc, zero waste is produced, any excess material is either utilised for cement production or used as biofuel.
Viroc is also free from asbestos, pentachlorophenol, and microcrystalline silica. An Environmental Product Declaration and Material Safety Data Sheet are available for download.

Viroc has a surprising warmth which it projects. The variation in the product from board to board adds character , and adds a quality of uniqueness to the product. As a product that compliments a wall over 3 storeys, it adds architectural appeal that no other product would satisfy.
Installation was very easy. We wanted the product vertical stacked, with a shadow line visible between panels and visible fasteners to appear proud and loud and add to the aesthetic. We believe we achieved this goal.
We looked at many product and feel Viroc appears far superior aesthetically. Modinex was fantastic to deal with. We could see the product in the flesh, we could get samples, and the service was prompt and efficient.
