Viroc is a cement bonded particle board that delivers the industrial look of concrete without the weight, cost or complexity. Combining pine wood particles with cement, it offers the workability of timber with the strength and durability of concrete. Suitable for interior and exterior applications, it achieves polished or raw concrete finishes across walls, façades and joinery. Each board displays natural colour variation, with subtle tonal shifts and surface texture that replicate the depth and character of real concrete, creating a more authentic architectural result.

A Portland-cement panel that suits internal and external use. It is Group 1
fire rated internally and BAL29 externally, and free of crystalline silica.
A natural-look sealer is applied where the panel is used for flooring,
benchtops, splashbacks or outdoors, to protect against staining.

Viroc is made with 100% recycled plantation timber and Portland cement, and is FSC and PEFC certified. Manufacturing runs to zero waste: excess material goes back into cement production or is used as biofuel. The panel is free of crystalline silica, asbestos and pentachlorophenol.
