Omni Residences – 2013 Queensland UDIA Award Winning Home in Bulimba

Difficult to access areas, but with the strong desire to incorporate a timber style cladding onto the design of their façade, the clients turned to the Euro Selekta Cladding for this project.

Urbanline Euro Selekta Clad

A unique, pre-finished HPL (high pressure laminate) cladding façade with a beautiful timber-grain-embossed surface which ticks many boxes for fire certification. Designed for stability and longevity with style, Euro Selekta Clad is eco-friendly, low maintenance and incredibly easy to install.

Project Vision

The project was to create three ‘high end’ town residences, targeted at high-net-worth individuals and professionals. The design aimed to leverage the unique characteristics of the development site on a strategically located hillside, adjacent to the popular Oxford Street precinct.
